Domaine Régis Jouan is based in Sury-en-Vaux, a historic village at the heart of the Sancerre appellation in the Loire's Centre region.
A family estate now in its fifth generation, it is run by Régis Jouan together with his family, who carry the tradition forward. Across four hectares, the vines, averaging around 25 years of age, face southwest on clay-limestone soils dating from the Upper Jurassic, the renowned Kimméridgian that gives Sancerre its distinctive minerality. The domaine also produces Pouilly-Fumé, made entirely from Sauvignon.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and purity of the fruit. The resulting wines are fresh, mineral and elegant, with a harmonious structure and refined fruit character.
At Sélection Boudras, we value this precise, elegant expression of Loire terroir.
