Settled in Gevrey-Chambertin for more than two centuries, the Camus family embodies a classic Burgundian style: precise, mineral and elegant.
It was in the early twentieth century, and especially from the 1920s onward, that the family began vinifying and bottling its own wine, having previously sold it in bulk. Hubert Camus has directed the domaine since 1974, succeeding his father, and today works alongside his daughter Marie-Édith Camus at its head.
The domaine's wines come from Bourgogne, Gevrey-Chambertin, and the Grands Crus Chambertin, Mazis-Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin and Charmes-Chambertin. Both red and white wines are terroir-driven, finely structured and always harmonious on the palate, their finesse shaped by close-to-nature viticulture and gentle winemaking that lets each site speak for itself.
At Sélection Boudras, we value this Burgundian precision, where every wine tells the story of its place.
