Domaine Bachelet-Ramonet, in Chassagne-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune, embodies four generations of winegrowers and a rather classic style.
This family estate was born in 1977, when the death of Claude Ramonet led his daughter to combine her inheritance with that of Georges Bachelet. Since 1984, Alain Bonnefoy and Marie-Paule have run the domaine together.
Across 13 hectares spread between Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, the domaine produces Regional, Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines, with Bâtard-Montrachet and Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet among its flagship cuvées. The soils are farmed according to lutte raisonnée principles.
At Sélection Boudras, we appreciate these wines, where tradition and precision meet, each one telling the story of its place.
