Domaine Dugat-Py, in Gevrey-Chambertin, has carried a winegrowing tradition since the early seventeenth century, passed down through generations in the Côte de Nuits.
In 1975, Bernard Dugat completed his first vinification and made the family's first vineyard purchases. In 1994, the estate took the name Dugat-Py, joining his surname with the maiden name Py. Today, Loïc Dugat-Py runs the domaine in succession to his parents, overseeing 15 hectares of family-owned vines farmed organically since 2003.
The domaine focuses mainly on Gevrey-Chambertin, alongside other appellations of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, including Monthélie. Each wine tells the story of its place, and of a family devoted to its terroir across thirteen generations.
