The 2023 Hautes-Côtes de Nuits

West of the Côte de Nuits, the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits sub-region produces pinot noir reds that echo the spirit of their illustrious neighbours without claiming their density. A single appellation, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, covers the whole area, with no premier cru hierarchy. It offers a direct and genuine expression of pinot noir, set apart from the classifications of the Côte itself.
