Crémant de Bourgogne at a Glance

Fine mousse and lasting, delicate bubbles: Crémant de Bourgogne captures the diversity of Burgundy's vineyards in sparkling form. Made using the traditional method, it draws on the full range of Burgundian grape varieties permitted, with a clear preference for chardonnay and pinot noir. Its production area, recognised as an appellation by decree of 17 October 1975, spans more than 300 communes, from the Châtillonnais down to the Beaujolais.

Food pairing

Aperitif, gougères, oysters, seafood, fruit desserts. Serve at 7–9 °C.
