Bathed in southern light, the Languedoc gives its rosés a bright hue and a fruity, generous roundness that defines the appellation. Zefir rosé 2023 grows on the hillside slopes of the Languedoc, on dry, stony soils, from grenache N, mourvèdre N and syrah N. Farmed organically with limited yields, it is vinified separately by grape variety in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, following cold settling and fermentation between 16 and 18°C. The pale pink robe with bright highlights leads to an intense, fruity nose of wild strawberries and peach, lifted by a hint of spice from the syrah. The palate is lively and refreshing, with pleasant roundness and a light mineral edge. Serve between 8 and 10°C, with aperitifs, grilled fish or white meats.

Château Capion lies at the foot of the Larzac plateau in the northern Languedoc, not far from its famous neighbours Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac.
The building's origins date back to the 16th century. Since 2023, Francis Ingrand and Sandrine Tannière, a couple from Montpellier, have run the 96-hectare estate, 49 hectares of which are planted with vines. Farmed organically since the 2020 vintage, the vineyard produces wines classified under the AOP Terrasses-du-Larzac and Languedoc, as well as the IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Pays d'Oc.
