Alain Jaume produces wines of character rooted in the traditional vineyards around Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras and the Côtes du Rhône, a winegrowing family since 1826.
The story begins with Mathieu Jaume in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, carried on by Marius, Fernand and Roger. In 1979, Odile and Alain Jaume founded Domaine Grand Veneur on nine hectares. The estate later expanded into Lirac in 2003 with the creation of Domaine du Clos de Sixte, acquired Château Mazane in Vacqueyras in 2013, and added Domaine de la Grangette Saint-Joseph in the Côtes-du-Rhône in 2015. Today the sixth generation, Sébastien, Christophe and Hélène Jaume, leads the domaine, organic since 2009, with carefully sorted hand harvests.
Artisans devoted to the great terroirs of the southern Rhône Valley, they favour a nature-conscious viticulture, crafting intense, characterful wines that balance power, elegance and regional finesse. At Sélection Boudras, we value this fidelity to a style where tradition and precision meet.
