  • Barbara Miolane
Curiosity, empathy, and humility – three words that guide Barbara Miolane in her daily work. She joined the winery in 2005 after earning a vocational baccalaureate in wine trade at the Grandchamp Rural Education Center. Barbara quickly immersed herself in the craft, learning viticulture and winemaking alongside her father Patrick. As he gradually retired, she took on the role of winery coordinator, supported by a reliable team. As a mother of two sons, Barbara is aware of the challenges women face in a traditionally male-dominated industry. However, she tackles this challenge with a confident blend of determination and grace.
