Since 2001, approximately 7 hectares in the heart of Alsace have been cultivated, particularly in Riquewihr, Hunawihr, and Bergheim. The winemaker works in harmony with nature, largely avoiding chemicals, and relies on meticulous hand-picking to preserve the typicity of their Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris grapes. In the cellar, natural yeasts are used, and the wines mature for a long time on fine lees, which gives them additional depth and texture. The resulting Alsatian white wines are known for their clear minerality, delicate fruit, and an elegant, structured balance.
