Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights regarding product defects and your statutory right of withdrawal are not restricted by this warranty. The enforcement of these statutory rights is free of charge for you. You can assert these rights regardless of whether you claim the warranty.

Content of the Warranty

If a wine purchased from us does not meet your taste, we will replace the bottle with another bottle from our assortment up to the amount of the purchase price you paid. We will ship the replacement bottle free of charge.

The warranty explicitly applies to already opened bottles. A return of the bottle is not necessary, and you do not have to provide a reason for your decision.

Scope

We replace one bottle per order.

Duration of the Warranty

The warranty can be claimed within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The receipt of your notification by us is decisive.

Geographical Scope

The warranty applies to deliveries within Germany.

Covered Goods

The warranty applies to all wines and sparkling wines offered in this shop that were purchased directly from Sélection Boudras.

Procedure for Claiming

Send us an email to jacques@selection-boudras.com within the warranty period, stating your order number and the affected wine. We will then coordinate the replacement bottle with you and send it free of charge to the delivery address of your order.

Not Covered by the Warranty

• Bottles not purchased directly from Sélection Boudras
• Orders for which the warranty has already been claimed
• Notifications received by us after 30 days from receipt of the goods
• Deliveries outside Germany
