Forty-nine climats are classified as premier cru.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe “Cuvée des quatre clochers” from Domaine de Montorge is made entirely from chardonnay, gently pressed, with no sulphites added to the must, undergoing full malolactic fermentation before ageing in tank for 14 to 18 months. The wine shows a pale, bright gold colour, with an open nose of citrus, white fruit and delicate floral notes, peach and white blossom.
