The success of his wines soon allowed him to acquire two hectares of vines in Gevrey and plant two more in the Mâconnais; he now also has his own cellar in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux. His wines are made across appellations of the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and the Mâconnais, complemented by vinification in Cornas, in the northern Rhône valley.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRather than power or firm structure, Mark Haisma favours freshness and pure fruit expression.
