{"title":"Domaine André Regin","description":"\u003cp\u003eDomaine André Regin is a family-run estate in Wolxheim, on the Alsace wine route, in the “Couronne d'Or” vineyard area near Strasbourg.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Regin family has been rooted in Wolxheim for more than a century: André's grandfather already tended a few plots in the early twentieth century, as part of a mixed farming tradition. His son Justin gradually turned to winegrowing, beginning to bottle his own harvest in the 1970s. André Regin, originally trained as an electrical engineer, returned in the 1980s to take over the family estate. Since 2021, a third generation has joined: their son Thomas, who devotes himself to tending and preserving the vines, and Estelle, both trained in oenology, notably in Burgundy and the Rhône valley.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe estate grows all seven Alsace grape varieties under the AOC Alsace, alongside a Crémant d'Alsace and a Grand Cru, the Altenberg de Wolxheim.
